Pumpkin harvest time

One day this week Otis n daddy decided to take the pumpkins from the garden before squirrels get em.  Here Otis us with the harvest.

Apple Picking Adventure!

The boys were awake and raring to go (Arlo at 4:30am) on our apple picking outing Sunday.  We were meeting their friends, the twins, and Henry, so that added to the excitement, along with the idea of horse wagon rides, straw bale jumps, corn mazes, and apples galore!

 Arlo and Otis got really serious about engineering a series of waterways, reservoirs, and waterfalls in the sand...Otis also stomped on a lot of sandcastles.

Happy second birthday on Aug 19th Otis!  You must have a great Mama to sort out a home made birthday cake while camping!

 Apples can fuel any trip in the woods.  Good thing Arlo found a handy stick to help him keep wild animals at bay...
