Easter Egg Hunt in the Park

Today was the annual egg hunt at Mckellar park.  This year Oscar got into the action as well.  It was a beautiful day, and the boys had the greatest time.

Easter Weekend Fun

The boys look like they are done with shovelling, but right after this relaxed photo, they headed out on a trek to the park with shovels in hand.  More than a few people offered to pay them to clear driveways.  Maybe a future part time job is in the works?

Putting food dye into cups of rice, pasta, or corn kernels is a pretty simple way to dye eggs with little mess...but the boys still stripped down for it because, well, boys will be boys!

Springtime means time to get thinking about our gardens.
