It has been a long wait for the poor guy, but Arlo finally got to have his birthday party today and he had a fantastic time. He wanted a soccer theme for the party, so we traveled to a nearby park where daddy put everyone through a series of drills, before splitting up and playing a game. It ended up being everyone against daddy in the end, of course. Fun was had by all. Mamma outdid herself with soccer cupcakes. Food, friends, fun. Now the boys are off to two other birthday parties for the afternoon...what a day!
