Oscar’s first Senators Game!

It was family night so we got free tickets for the kids to go to the game and we headed off to see the senators play against Phoenix on Tuesday night.  It was a late one for everyone, but there were a lot of happy smiles!  Too bad the Sens lost!😢

Oscar’s 4th Birthday Party!

Kids, cake, pirate themes...what else can you ask for?  Oscar’s party was the morning, and both of the big boys went to different parties in the pm...what a day!

Happy New Years!!!

The boys had the technology museum with their dad for a few hours on Sunday.





On New Year’s Eve,We headed down to the Ottawa River with friends of ours who are in town from Australia and another family from the neighbourhood to do some skating let off fireworks have some food and drinks. It was the perfect night.







We cleared off the river to build the rink of dreams for New Years.  Doesn’t get any more Canadian than this!

2019 started at midnight for he boys who stayed up past 12 (Ozzie fell asleep on the coffee table while watching a movie with the kids) ...which means that Jan 1 was a slow day for the whole family.  Lots of games and a few family movies.
